While nursing an injury preventing me from running, I have been mostly biking, with a little swimming. After listening to the latest episode, I am flirting with the idea of making triathlete training my base after being cleared to run again. For now, hitting the water a little more will be the goal, and I am now even registered at swimplan.com. KG Tris' gives great tips and information for those wishing to test the waters of Triathlons.
