KG Tris #5: 1/25/09 - Interview with Erin337

Welcome to Episode #5 of the Kelownagurl Tris Podcast!

In this episode, I go for a couple of runs and interview fellow triathlete, @erin337. First, I join my husband on his first walk/run while I suffer a bit with shin splints, then I have a much better run on Saturday, talk about life, mention a few new podcasts, and thank a few more people for their support. I end the podcast with an interview with BC triathlete, Erin Lee, who is training for her first Ironman. See the links below to find her website.

KG Tris #4: 1/18/09 - Good Triathlon Books and More

Welcome to Episode #4 of the Kelownagurl Tris Podcast!

In this episode, I talk about my training, my eating habits, school, wine, good books on triathlon training, my stupid shins, and a few others things - while I'm in the car after my swim last Sunday, on a run, and on the trainer. (The sound is still rough in the car but it sounds better on the run now. Still haven't got my mic yet...)

KG Tris #3: 1/11/09 - Bikes, Bikes, Bikes

Welcome to Episode #3 of the Kelownagurl Tris Podcast!

This episode is a bit of a 'variety show' of my week. I play around with recording on the run, in the car to and from the pool, and on the bike trainer. You hear Kelownaboy chiming in from time to time, I thank a bunch of people, and we get a training update from my hubby, Erik.

I haven't received my new mic yet so the sound is still a bit scratchy now and again but I think there's an improvement in sound overall. I hope to continue to improve as time goes by.
